Over the past 20 years as a strength coach and personal trainer, I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clientele from World Champion Boxers, NHL hockey players, celebrities and runway models to regular folks, just trying to stay in shape. I was a founding partner and coach at FORME Fitness before jumping back into the personal training game full time. I’m a great motivator with a passion for fitness and nothing gets my blood pumping more than seeing my clients reach their goals.
